Are these games the original or just copied of each other?
I love to play many foreign and a couple in the u.s but I want to know if they were copied off each other or just plain accidental similarities.
ex: baseball and cricket.
both needs you to hit a ball, has bases and almost similar innings.
ex: 2 Rugby and football .
Both have a similar ball, same way to delay the opponents, and ways for scoring.
ex: 3 lacrosse and hockey
same protective gears, same way of scoring, similar ways of playing etc.
out of these examples, i like to know if these were copied or accidental thing.
Lacrosse is way older than hockey. But I don’t know if hockey was copied from lacrosse.
I don’t know about the histories of those other sports.
